Thursday, June 18
1:00p - 5:00p Hospitality &
Games Room (Midday Session)
Each day and late night we'll have gatherings in our
hospitality room. This is a great place to meet up and
hang out with friends between workshops. It's also open
late night to just unwind after the day's events, play
games, have snacks, and talk it up with other Dimmers. A
favorite conversation time for many attendees! :)
2:30p - 4:00p Fat Sexuality
Nothing like breaking the ice! This is usually the most
popular topic of conversation at bashes, so we decided
to address it right away. Be prepared for a frank
discussion of positions, accessories, and fat- and
non-fat-specific activities.
4:30p - 6:00p This Is How We
Roll
How do you live large in a society that often seems like
it isn’t designed for your needs? We’ll talk about
asking for what you need in public, advocating for
yourself in medical situations, and using simple tools
to make your everyday life easier.
4:30p - 6:00p BHM/FFA Meetup
This mixer gives BHMs and FFAs a chance to meet
face-to-face while discussing their unique role in the
Dimensions community. Get to know the people behind the
avatars!
7:00p - 10:00p* Karaoke Kick-Off Mixer
We'll officially kick off our first-ever Dimensions Bash
with a karaoke party and meet and greet! Come and hang
out with your fellow bash attendees in a fun, casual,
inviting atmosphere where you can let loose. Sing your
favorite tunes or just sing along from your seats - it's
a great time for all and some of our Dimmers have some
great pipes - don't miss it!
10:30p - 1:30a Late Night Private Pool Party
It's late, we're happy and hoarse from singing,
laughing, and talking. What better way to wind down on a
steamy Florida night than to slip into a bathing suit
and into a warm pool full of old friends and new? Our
party is at night and the pool area will only be open to
our group. We will also be having live music from the
top voted Steel Drum Band in Orlando. Break out the
suits and beach balls, it's pool party time!
1:30a - 3:00a Hospitality &
Games Room (Late Evening Session)
Each day and late night we'll have gatherings in our
hospitality room. This is a great place to meet up and
hang out with friends between workshops. It's also open
late night to just unwind after the day's events, play
games, have snacks, and talk it up with other Dimmers. A
favorite conversation time for many attendees! :)
Friday, June 19
10:30a - 12:00p Strategies for Health
Health issues such as sleep apnea, diabetes, lymphedema,
or other chronic conditions can be challenging, but
there’s no need to go it alone. Whether you’re newly
diagnosed or you’ve been dealing with this stuff for
years, come share your tips for taking care of yourself
in a fat-positive way.
10:30a - 12:00p Don’t Settle: Knowing and
Finding What You Want
In this group, we’ll tackle both men's and women’s
issues with the realities of relationships in the fat
world. Topics will include figuring out what you want
from a relationship, maintaining your sense of self,
identifying potential incompatibilities, and knowing
it’s okay to walk away if it’s not right. Bring all
suggestions and questions you may have and be ready for
a wide range of opinions – this one applies to everyone,
regardless of your current relationship status.
12:15p
- 2:15p* Buffet Luncheon & Fun
Game
Want to play a game? Want to outwit and outplay and
possibly be in for surprising twists and turns? It's our
mystery lunch games!! You'll be quizzed, or have a skill
tested, or maybe get a little messy? You just never know
what we'll throw your way. Keep in mind that we know
that many may be dealing with limited mobility and we
always try our best to find ways for everyone to
participate, so this isn't the Olympics or Fear Factor -
it's Fattie Fun! During this time we'll have a great
buffet lunch (full menu at bottom of page). For later
arriving attendees, this will be their first event - so
make sure you come out to welcome them! :D
*Please arrive on time for all meal events.
2:30p - 4:00p

of being an FA. Topics of discussion will likely include
the new FA/FFA forum, coming out to friends and family,
having a non-mainstream preference, FA guilt, and
maintaining composure in the candy store.
2:30p - 4:00p* GLBTQ Meetup
This mixer gives the queer community at Dims a chance to
meet face-to-face. Topics of discussion will likely
include the new GLBTQ forum and having more than one
non-mainstream preference.

& Games Room (Midday Session)

4:00p - 6:00p
Supersized Perspectives
This is a workshop in two parts: for the first hour,
supersized women and those who are in a relationship
with a supersized woman (or want to be) will meet in two
separate groups. We’ll talk about issues such as
hygiene, mobility, medical care, and communication, from
our own perspectives. We’ll try to compile a list of
resources and tips for people in similar situations. In
the second hour, the two groups will merge, and we’ll
have a chance to ask the questions and share the
concerns that arose during the first hour.
